Registration and Cancellation ConditionsRead on...to find out more about our registration and cancellation conditions.
Registrations and FeesPlease send $600 deposit with your registration form. All cheques should be made payable to: Success Fast-Track Pty Ltd. All registrations are confirmed in writing before the program starts. In case of late registration, confirmation will be phoned, emailed or faxed through to the nominated person.
Cancellation FeesIf a cancellation is received greater than 3 working days prior to the commencement of the program a $150.00 administration fee will be incurred.If a cancellation is received less than 3 working days prior to the commencement of the program a $300.00 administration fee will be incurred, however, if the participant fails to turn up on the day of the program, the full fee will be charged.
Transfer FeesIf you wish to transfer to another date, notification is required 3 working days prior to the start of the program or a $150.00 administration fee will be incurred.
Substitute Another ParticipantSubstitutions can be made and no fee will be incurred. Please advise promptly of the name change.
Reprinting of a lost or damaged CertificateIn the event that you require the reprinting of a lost or damaged Certificate, you will be required to provide a signed Statutory Declaration from Australia Post, Photographical proof of Identification (Passport or Drivers Licence) and a cheque / money order to the value of $75.00 made payable to Success Fast-Track Pty Ltd.
If Success Fast Track Cancels a ProgramIn the event that a program is cancelled by Success Fast Track Pty Ltd all participants will be notified and a full refund offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available program.
